Από σταφύλια βιολογικής γεωργίας, αυτός ο Ροδίτης, έρχεται σε μία πιο πληθωρική εκδοχή, καθώς τα στέμφυλα παραμένουν με το μούστο για μέρες. Πρόκειται για ένα πορτοκαλί κρασί, που ζυμώνει με γηγενείς ζυμομύκητες και δέχεται ελάχιστες παρεμβάσεις. Αρώματα εσπεριδοειδών, αλλά και πυρηνόκαρπων φρούτων, που συμπληρώνονται από ένα βοτανικό χαρακτήρα. Στο στόμα η οξείδωση που θα περίμενε κανείς δεν είναι έντονη και υπάρχουν κάποιες ανεπαίσθητες τανίνες. Θα μπορούσε να συνοδεύσει μία αθηναϊκή σαλάτα, αλλά και μύδια αχνιστά.
